Note funky schedule because of MCAS

No G block. Ms DR is proctoring MCAS. If you are not taking an exam, work on your lab report.

No D,E, or F because so many people are taking AP's. If you're not taking an exam, work on your lab report.

Good luck juniors taking the APUSH exam, and to seniors taking AP World. Everyone else, catch your breath. Go outside. Smell the spring!

  E,F,G Tues. 5/13

No D block.

F and G blocks bring food to share and if it's nice, we'll go outside. If it isn't nice, we'll watch a movie. Suggestions?

ALL Mon.5/12 ROCK THE AP EXAM. Meet in the SOA at 7:45. You are the BEST!!

Sat./Sun.

5/10-5/11

Each day this weekend, do at least one fun thing that will make you feel relaxed and happy. You've trained hard for this event. All your preparation will pay off. At this point, a positive attitude is worth far more than one more cram session!

I don't like to advocate anything that interferes with a good night's sleep, but there will be a total lunar eclipse in the wee hours of Tuesday morning. If it's a clear night, it may be worth getting up and watching the spectacle.

Mon.4/14

You should have a very clear idea of how an action potential occurs, how it is propagated along the axon, and how cells communicate with each other through neurotransmitters. Nail down chapter 48 as detailed in the study guide.

Chapter 45 (the endocrine system) is next. We'll be discussing it on Tuesday and Wednesday. If you will be missing class, catch up on the reading when you return to school.
